This will occur for episodes 2 to 12 and within the panel you should type in the details that you received from Vulcan when you purchased the keycode for the relevant episode

If you haven't yet purchased a keycode for the episode then check out the shop pages

If you have purchased the keycode but never received the details from Vulcan then go to the account pages and request your account details

If you already have the details but they are not being accepted by the panel then make sure they are typed in exactly as they appear within the email you received from Vulcan
