Head on back to the central room, remember the heavy boulder? Well drink your strength potion and pick it up, you can now enter the passage of electrocution. As it's name suggests this is a dangerous place, this was constructed by the warrior as outlined in his book. Notice the shallow water on the ground along with the electric nodes. Keep walking and ouch! A mild electric shock is given and you loose some stamina.
