Opposite the locked door and the two altars is a hole in the wall. Insert your stick into it to make a lever, which you can operate to open the door into the Box Room.Inside a portcullis comes up behind you, but don't worry because you already have the red gem to deactivate it. Operate the floor tile and pick up the rock of selene. Then pick up the stick that's lying on the floor nearby. Notice a metal box which you can't reach just yet. Now you're ready to enter the Tree of Sacrifice Room so travel left along the Ink Stone Hallway, then down the Ice Corridor till you come to the first locked door on the left. This is the entrance to the Tree of Sacrifice Room,
