Vulcan release Space World Revisited world 8 of Timekeepers

Vulcan Software has finally released the last world of their Timekeepers series via digital distribution. Timekeepers, that simplistically complex puzzle game which first appeared on the Amiga in 1995 which has now been lovingly restored for the PC.

World 8, called Space World Revisited is only for the more advanced Timekeepers players out there, as it is very hard indeed! Your platoon of Space Corp Timekeepers will realize it's cold in space, even with titanium alloy spacesuits. Sporting laser guns your platoon must navigate through 15 levels of half constructed space station, home to a maze of computers, cryo chambers and drums of chemical waste. Fight off the alien occupants, avoid falling through holes or being sucked out of open airlocks, operate hydraulic lifts, travel via gene splicing machines or fly in shuttle craft. And if your good enough... to boldly go where no Timekeeper has gone before and save the Earth... erm once more ... well for the last time!

All 8 worlds of Timekeepers are now available for download and play via the Vulcan Portal. The Vulcan Portal is a desktop application, which includes a growing community of users, all presented as 3d people who talk using synthetic speech. A Portal user can collect 3dVoiceNews, communicate via 3dVoiceMail and take part in online 3dVoiceChat. And as you may have already guessed, the Portal also allows the purchase, download and playing of games.

The Portal along with the first world of Timekeepers can be downloaded for free with subsequent worlds priced at a few pounds each
