INVESTORS AND SHARES

Vulcan has been a privately owned limited company since 1994 and remaining as such (for the immediate future) is essential to our creative freedom and project goals. Since 1999 to the current date Vulcan has been in a 'development phase' of operation which has created an obvious lack of title revenue. In an effort to generate more working capital Vulcan increased it's private shares to 1 million and subsequently made 25% of it's company available to investors

Base upon held intellectual properties and software technology currently in development, namely Mother3D game development tools, our online digital distribution technology the Vulcan Portal, our 3dVoiceNews technology along with 3D entertainment products for the PC and conversions of back catalogue, Vulcan's current company worth has been calculated internally at £6 million (sterling) giving a current nominal value of £6 (sterling) per ordinary share

Upon release of our 'developing software projects' into the commercial arena, Vulcan currently forecast a 40% return on investment for share holders with a 5% increase on share premium per annum

Director Paul Carrington states,

"Investment opportunities like this only come along every few years and are so often missed due to the higher risk element involved, however, I know that our blood, sweat, tears and sheer dedication for the last 10 years will eventually pay off. I'm inspired at the faith, wisdom and entrepreneurial spirits our current investors portray and nothing will give me greater pleasure than sharing our future success with these like minded individuals.
