Download this vulcan-uploader-3.00.exe to your hard drive
Once downloaded, find it and run it

It will give you the option to choose a location to where the Vulcan Uploader should be installed. Pressing unzip will create a new folder (at your chosen location) called vulcan-uploader-3.00 which will be filled with the applications files

Once installed, you can delete the vulcan-uploader-3.00.exe or keep it as a backup

From here on, we are only interested in the folder vulcan-uploader-3.00 and the things that it contains. Inside, is the program called vulcan-uploader-3.00.exe so simply run it and configure!
